Q. What is your current size restrictions on decals?
A. Currently we can produce up to 20" x (any size). One side of the decal cannot exceed 20" in length.
Q. Are you able to make printed decals or graphics?
A. We currently are not able to produce printed graphics or decals at this time. This is something we plan on adding as we continue to expand our services.
Q. What is your lead time on a commercial job?
A. Our lead time can vary greatly depending on complexity of the design, business demand, current stock availability, as well as many other factors. We try to prioritize our commercial jobs because we know how demanding business can be, but we cannot guarantee exact lead times. Most commercial jobs are completed within 2-3 days, although some jobs have extended 10-days or more.
Q. I recently paid for custom decal or commercial job, but it hasn't been shipped yet. May I cancel the order?
A. If you recently paid an invoice for a custom decal or commercial job, you may request a cancellation by contacting us through the Custom or Commercial page and filling out the form. Please request a cancellation in the Additional Details section and include your order number.
Q. Is there a fee for cancelling a recent custom decal or commercial job?
A. If the invoice was paid for within 24-hours, the order will be cancelled without penalty. If the cancellation request is after 24-hours from the time the invoice was paid, there may be a cancellation fee of 10%, no greater than $50 USD, depending if the design has been started. Installation
Q. Do you install or apply decals/graphics?
A. We do offer decal application services for our large format and commercial decal jobs.
Q. What is the cost for you to install decals and graphics?
A. Our hourly rate is $20 per hour to install decals and graphics. Any commercial job over $200 receives complimentary installation. Most installations do not exceed one hour.
*This service is only available for the Las Vegas area.
Q. What surfaces can you install decals/graphics?
A. Decals are usually installed on windows or vehicles, but can be installed on most flat surfaces. Decals CANNOT be installed on porous or textured surfaces because air bubbles will form and the decal will eventually come back off.
Q. Do I need to clean the area before you apply a decal?
A. Although pre-cleaning a surface area for us prior to installing a decal would be appreciated, we will professionally prep and clean the area anyway to make sure your new graphics are installed properly on a clean surface and will last a long time. No, cleaning an area prior to our install is not required.
Q. Does your work have a warranty?
A. All of our commercial jobs and installs come with a 2-Year warranty. Any decals or graphics that become defective due to manufacturer or installer error will be replaced free of charge. For more information on our warranty policy, please see our Terms of Service page.
Q. My graphics started peeling after a year. How do I request a replacement for a decal under the 2-Year Warranty?
A. You may request a replacement through our Commercial page by filling out the form as if you were requesting a new commercial job. Please indicate you need a replacement, as well as the original order number, in the additional details section. You will also have to submit photos.
*Please keep in mind the warranty only covers defects due to manufacturer or installer error, and does not include damage due to normal wear and tear, auto accidents, vandalism, or sun fade.

A. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on decals due to decals being made-to-order. For more information on our Returns Policy, please see our Terms of Service page.
Q. I received a decal that was defective or had a design error (IE. improperly weeded, spelling mistake, wrong color).
A. If you received a decal that was defective or with a design error, please take a picture and contact us through the Custom page. Please be sure to add a picture when filling out the form. As long as the defect or error was on our behalf, we will remake your decal and ship you a replacement right away. If this was the case, we apologize for the inconvenience and unfortunate mistake.
